What Student Counselling Includes

Student Counselling at Sri Rama Disha is not a 30-minute conversation. It is a structured, multi-step process that gives every student a clear, personalised picture of who they are and where they can thrive.

Online Self-Assessment
45–50 questions covering aptitude, RIASEC interests, and personality. Completed online at the student's own pace.

Automated Score Report
An instant profile is generated — RIASEC radar chart, aptitude band, top career clusters, and personality summary.

1-on-1 Counsellor Session (60 min)
A dedicated counsellor interprets the report with the student and parent — explaining results, answering questions, and discussing realistic paths.

Career Report Card
A detailed PDF report: top 3 career clusters, courses, colleges, entrance exams, salary benchmarks, and scholarship pointers.

12-Month Action Plan
Month-by-month milestones — study plan, exam registrations, college shortlists, skill-building goals, and follow-up check-ins at 3 and 6 months.
